Lately I have been making quite some doilies, how come? Well actually it is quite simple. I wanted to learn how to crochet as it is a quite universal skill that can be used in many ways to finish projects/edges/joins. I always had issues with the hook getting stuck, ending up getting such stiff muscles in my hands I gave up and just basically screwing up non-stop. So I sat down, switched on youtube to learn how to make a small project and then taught myself how to read drawn diagrams. Soon I will put my hand to written patterns but I feel I am not ready that for those. Of course with a new skill you need some practice, so therefore I am of

It has been a while since I last posted on my page but I am back. I have been spending quite some time on something else (I come back to that in a second) and decided to take a break and continue on my other things like learning how to crochet (seemed interesting to me) and finishing up some things like the bag with my own hand woven fabric. I still have some little things I'd love to try out (including of course with nalbinding techniques) so more stuff should pop up very soon (and a few I have already uploaded!). I figured I should just toss it out there before my silence will turn from days to weeks to... months? I do not know how long I will need for this project (I guess somewhere between two weeks and a month), but I am working on a project I cannot describe nor show yet as it will be a gift.
